About the event: In any organization, diversity, equity and inclusion play a crucial role. Diverse interests and perspectives are essential to unlock the full potential of innovation, equity removes barriers, and inclusion generates a sense of belonging.
The DEI workshop @ IECON 2024 is to discuss about policies and practices to create and
maintain a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture, in which a global and diverse group of technologists drive innovation.
The presentations will highlight some of the best practices to foster diversity, equity and inclusion across various dimensions. The speakers will focus on how the IEEE is advancing
diversity, equity and inclusion within its communities and will highlight some of the best practices being implemented to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive IEEE.
Professionals and students, independently of their gender, age, professional status and career, are welcome to network in a relaxed atmosphere.
