Oral Technical Session Presentation Guidelines
Please review and follow all the guidelines provided below. Authors should submit their presentation files one day prior to their presentation, by stopping by the Speaker ready room.
On Site Presentation Upload
The IECON 2024 Speaker Ready Room will be open daily starting at 8:00 AM on Sunday, November 3rd. All authors will need to stop by the speaker ready room to upload their presentations and/or test the presentation live. Authors are solely responsible for bringing their presentation prepared directly on their individual USB drives. The speaker ready room will not loan out flash drives on site. Kindly note, all authors should upload their presentations from the Speaker Ready Room at least one day prior to your session. Remember to come prepared with the presentation directly on your USB drive.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations should maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio as provided in the IECON 2024 template.
The standard IECON 2024 template is provided above. IECON 2024 logo use is allowed only on presentations to be given during IECON 2024 and must maintain a similar aspect ratio to any other logo it is positioned in line with.
Presentation Length
Each presentation will be allocated a maximum of 15-minutes time frame. Presenters will be given 12 minutes to present their work. A 3-minutes Q&A session will follow each presentation. Please double check the conference program for your session day and time and arrive early to check in with your session chair.

Interactive Technical Session Presentation Guidelines
All interactive technical sessions will be organized in the exhibition hall, please check IECON technical program to find your session. The interactive technical sessions require a printed poster, the template for printed posters is available below.
All interactive technical session presentations should follow the poster template adjusted to the recommended dimensions for your interactive technical session poster. The same rule of IECON 2024 logo use applies to interactive technical session poster presentations.
Authors should remember that IECON 2024 is not responsible for printing the posters, it is solely the authors responsibility to print their posters for interactive technical sessions. Posters should be hung no later than 30 minutes before the start of your poster session. The duration of interactive technical sessions is 1 hour, it is expected that the presenters be available the entire duration of the session.
